  • We’re based in Toowoomba, Queensland and offer $20 local delivery to postcodes 4350 and 4352, delivered personally by our team for that extra special touch!

    We also offer Australia wide postal delivery for $25.

  • We love if you have suggestions or ideas for what your special person might like but we’re here to take all the guessing out of it for you! When choosing a bespoke gift you are entering into an agreement to trust out team to select items we feel best suit. The more information you give us about who the gift is for, the easier it is to make sure we purchase the right things.

    We appreciate that it’s not for everyone and that sometimes you like to see what you’re buying, so please visit our shop section for gorgeous hampers to suit various occasions. Keep an eye on these, as they are in limited supply and will change regularly!

  • Our personal delivery gift turnaround service is generally within 48 - 72 hours from the time of purchase (excluding weekends). You will be notified if longer is required to create the perfect gift.

    All posted gifts, should arrive within 5 working days, but this is not guaranteed.

  • Given that everything we purchase is tailored for a specific person and we take great care and time in selecting items for bespoke gifts and pre-made hampers, we sadly cannot offer refunds or exchanges. We feel confident that you can trust us to make that certain someone feel special!
